Payment and Invoicing
All customers can make payment by Credit card, Debit card, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Credit Cards are securely processed by SagePay for your security and safety, Home Heart Care Ltd do not see or retain any credit card details. Customers who wish to use PayPal, American Express or other credit or debit cards may select PayPal as their payment option in which case payment will be processed securely and safely via PayPal. Customers wishing to pay by cheque or bank transfer should contact us.
Customers wishing to place purchase orders and/or who wish to be invoiced should contact us for details.
When goods are supplied on credit against an invoice; all invoices MUST be paid within 30 days or (if payment terms are included on the invoice) the term stated on the invoice. Unpaid invoices are subject to interest at a rate of 2% per month or part thereof after 30 days.
IMPORTANT: PRICING ERRORS:
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
